Meet Christina, MBA, LPP

Lineage Pilates Practitioner (LPP) • Founder, Glass City Pilates®

Rooted in Legacy™

I founded Glass City Pilates® to preserve the classical method, honor its lineage, and teach movement in a way that genuinely transforms the body. My work is grounded in heritage — as a third-generation instructor trained under Elena Dominguez-Bartley — and shaped by a modern understanding of fascia, biomechanics, and long-term functional health.

For more than 17 years, I’ve taught clients of every age and season of life how to move with clarity, purpose, and awareness. My approach blends classical precision with restorative, preventative, and rehabilitative movement. It is intentional, deeply personalized, and built on a foundation of trust.

My Background & Lineage

I completed my original training with Ms. Sharon Russell-Aloni and continued my advanced education with Elena Dominguez-Bartley, a third-generation teacher linked directly to Joseph Pilates’ original protégés.

This lineage is the backbone of how I teach:
• movement rooted in system, not trend
• progression rooted in classical repertoire
• breath rooted in functional anatomy
• instruction rooted in relationship, trust, and mentorship

Clients receive a method, not a workout, and a teacher who knows their body, patterns, and goals.
