With over 17 years as a lineage instructor, my signature method elevates your level of awareness through distinct movements and precise breathing techniques, guiding you toward a transformative experience. I'm committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through highly personalized sessions— whether through private one-on-one instruction, my exclusive small group classes, or my Teacher Training Apprenticeship Program. Christina's journey with movement and healing began on horseback, learning nature's wisdom through horses. This inspired her pursuit of holistic health, earning a Bachelor's Public Affairs and a Master's in Global Management. As a lineage Pilates teacher, she honors Joseph Pilates methods while promoting a comprehensive approach that integrates mindset, body, and spiritual well-being, aligning with Ayurvedic Medicine principles.
