PILATES HUB
Pilates Rooted in Legacy™
Precise, preventative, rehabilitative classical Pilates for clients and teachers seeking depth, clarity, and lineage-authentic instruction.
At Glass City Pilates®, I teach through a three-tiered pathway:
• Private Concierge Pilates™
• Small-Group Mat
• Glass City Pilates Academy (Teacher Training)
• GCP Licensing Center Pathway (NEW)
Each pathway honors classical lineage under my third-generation training with Elena Dominguez-Bartley and blends fascia-informed education, stabilizer-system training, and apparatus-inspired sequencing.
Choose the pathway that aligns with your goals.

The Glass City Pilates Difference
At Glass City Pilates®, the work is not transactional.
It is relational, progressive, and built on a foundation of trust.
Trust
You are guided by a teacher who knows your history, your tendencies, and your patterns — someone who understands your spine, your breath, your compensations, and your goals.
Trust allows us to work deeper, safer, and with purpose.
This cannot happen in a drop-in environment with rotating instructors.
Repertoire
Classical Pilates is a system, not random exercises.
You are taught the repertoire in a way that respects lineage, order, progression, and logic.
You build competency across movements that prepare your body for the next chapter, not just the next class.
Drop-ins focus on “today’s workout.”
We build your method.
Connection
Pilates was always meant to be taught through connection — teacher to student, breath to movement, mind to body.
Here, you are seen, corrected, supported, and understood.
Your learning is not rushed.
Your patterns are not overlooked.
Your progress is not generalized.
This connection is what allows real change:
in posture, in movement quality, in confidence, in breath, in daily life.
This is the heart of the Glass City Pilates Difference.
A method built on trust.
A system built on repertoire.
A relationship built on connection.
